Project and Vendor Management 

The management of projects and vendors are key elements in the continued growth and development of any business. Both areas have significant financial costs that will affect your bottom line.
VCG consultants follow the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and the Rational Unified Process (RUP) standards for project engagements. 

Three key factors are expected for all projects that we manage:
  • Project deliverables are on-time
  • Project is within budget
  • Meets the project Statement of Work (SOW) deliverables

Our vendor management process starts at the policy and procedure level with a review of all vendor contracts.  Each contract is checked for the following:

  • Terms and Length
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Pricing and Payment Schedule
  • Provisions
